What’s particularly helpful are the biographies of key individuals which anchor the subject in its historical context. Also the way in which Fabienne links Algebra to geometry together with an understanding of the sacred science geometry used to be. All this together with practical instructions for drawing relevant constructions. It’s a truly holistic approach to teaching the subject.
